Our delivery conditions

All deliveries are insured, with a tracking number and sent as CO2-neutrally as possible. For orders over 99€, shipping is free within Germany and the EU.

  • European Union: 3 to 5 days
  • Great Britain / Switzerland / Norway: 3 to 6 days

  • European Union: €4.90; DHL GoGreen
  • Great Britain / Switzerland / Norway: 9€; DHL GoGreen

Returns:

    You can easily return the goods within 14 days of receiving them (currently different: flat rate until January 10, 2025) .

    We will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used or take care of the processing with Klarna. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. The easiest way is to use a stamp for a maxi letter (2.75€) from Deutsche Post.
