Our terms of delivery

All deliveries are insured , with a tracking number and sent as CO2-neutral as possible. From an order value of €99 , shipping is free within Germany and the EU.

• European Union : 3 to 5 days
• UK / Switzerland / Norway: 3 to 6 days

Returns:

Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, you can easily return them. We will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used as soon as we have received the shipment. Please notify us of your return by email in advance. Please send us an email to graf@contessaberlin.com with "Retoure" and your order number as the subject.
